Ashwini Mudra Asana Kaise Kare : Yogasan se aap ke sharir ke har bhaag, organs, glands, bones, spine aur brain ko fayda hota hai. Magar ise sahi tarike se karna chahiye aur niyamit tarike se karna chahiye tabhi aap ko fayda hoga.

Ashwini asan karne mein kai fayde hai.
- Is asan ke prayog se aap ke kidneys ka health improve hoga. Agar kidney ki bimari hai to voh bhi theek ho jaayegi.
- Aap ke sharir mein urja ki maatra badh jaayegi aur aap lambi umar tak jawan rahenge.
- Yeh mudra ek prakar ka kegel exercise bhi hai jis se aap ke reproductive organs ka health bhi improve hoga.
- Kundalini jagrit karne ke liye bhi is asan ka prayog kiya jaata hai magar vo to ek alag baat hai kyonki kundalini jagrut karne ke aur bhi baate hai jo ek guru hi bata sakta hai.
