Cake banane ki recipe in hindi : Jo paramparik tarah se cake banate hai aur khaate hai unhe ande bina banaya cake ki baat kare to kahenge aisa kaisa ho sakta hai. Lekin yahan hamare Bharat mahan mein vegetarians hai jinhe cake khaana hai magar ande vala nahin. Pehle samagri ekatra kare aur aage padhiye cake banane ki vidhi hindi me (केक बनाने की आसान विधि). 
Samagri
  • 200 gram maida
  • 125 gram makhan ya ghee 75 gram
  • 200 gram Condensed milk 
  • 100-200 ml doodh
  • 100 gram dark chocolate ka tukda
  • 100 gram chini (grinder mein powder bana de)
  • 50 gram akhrot
  • 50 gram kismis
  • 1 orange peel barik kata hua
  • 1 chutki namak
  • 1/4th teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Ab aage padhiye cake banane ka tarika

  • Pehle maida mein namak, baking soda aur baking powder daal ke 3 baar chalni mein chaan le. 
  • Chocolate ko ek patile mein daal ke ek bade bartan mein paani garam kar ke is mein rakhe aur pighlaye aur ek baaju rakhe.
  • Ek bade bartan mein makhan ya ghee daale aur is mein shakkar daal ke achchi tarah fete. Tip: thodasa garam doodh mein ½ chamach GMS (glyceryl mono stearate) mila ke daale to ghee aur shakkar ka achcha mishran hoga)
  • Ab condensed milk is mishran mein daal ke khoob milaye taaki mishran smooth pouring consistency ka ban jaaye.
  • Ab is mein pighlaya hua chocolate mila de aur achchi tarah fete
  • Ab is mein ek ek chamach maida dalte hue achchi tarah hilate rahiye jab tak pura maida mil jaata hai aur smooth batter ban jana chahiye. 
  • Bade chamach mein mishran bhar ke test kare ki pouring consistency hua hai ya nahin. Bilkul gaadha hona chahiye magar aasaani se chamach mein se bartain mein girna chahiye. Agar bahut gaadha hai to thodasa doodh daal ke hilaye aur phir test kare. Mishran dheela nahin hona chahiye na to jyaada dheela. Tabhi sahi texture aayega cake mein. 
  • Ab ek baaju mein oven ko switch on kare aur temperature 180 degrees C par rakhe. 
  • Ab ek cake tin le aur is ke bottom mein aur side par makhan achchi tarah lagaye. Aap chahe to butter paper ya plain paper ko butter laga ke neeche aur side mein line kar sakte hai. 
  • Ab cake mishran mein essence, akhrot, orange peel aur kismis mila de aur achchi tarah hila ne ke baad cake tin mein daal de aur ise oven mein rakh de.
  • 30 minute mein cake taiyar hona chahiye. 10 minute ke baad oven ka setting 160 deg. C. rakh de. Test karne ke liye ek knife ko cake ke andar khose. Agar us ko cake mix chipakta nahin hai to cake bake ho gaya hai. Upar fula hua hona chahiye. Beech mein se neeche baith jayega agar aap kacha cake bahar nikalenge to. Isiliye cake to bake hone de aur test karte rahiye. 
  • Bake ho jaane par bahar nikal ke thanda hone de. Aur is ke baad tin mein se bahar nikale.
